I got a quick response to my question. Even though my issue I had was already too late, they offered a solution to it so I could adjust things my way. So grateful for their help.
These people thought of everything. And they made sure it's well organized in an easy to understand UI.
With the help of amazing specialists, like Holden, you will never be stuck with anything related to reviews.
I changed my review from 5 stars to 3. Why is it so difficult to send emails in different languages? In the end I found out how, different campaigns with different triggers,
but then the systems keeps on sending the client to my home page in another language. Does anyone have a good expierence with a review plugin that is multilingual?
Fera support team is one of the best on the entire shopify marketplace. They are quick and helpful and go above and beyond for their users. They have helped me countless times with various custom css editing for not only their app but also assisting me with anything i need in general. The team goes above and beyond and I couldnt reccomend any app more than theirs.

Amazing service
I've tried a lot of review apps. This one is the best for sure. it just works perfectly and the syncing with other review platforms is amazing. I had a slight tweak and Vasko implemented this within minutes. Definitely reccomend.
Best reviews app ever. I believe it helped improve my store ranking on google. It also helped increase my visibility online 100%. As soon as I started receiving reviews from customers, my online sessions skyrocketed, sales grew in large numbers and everything looked up. They make it all easy and streamlined for you and the app automatically sends the reviews to customers. You could even add a discount automatically to the reviews. I can go on and on. Best by miles. I tried others for a while, had to uninstall them. I'm with Fera for life.
