Great app, and the customer service is also fantastic! They go above and beyond. We asked for help with a small problem on our end, and within about five minutes they had not only fixed our issue, they also gave our entire review page a complete makeover, even down to small details such as changing the colours and styling to fit in with our brand theme! Great platform, great support, highly recommend.

Truly a great app. I struggled to get my Etsy reviews directly to Shopify and the Fera team were super helpful in getting my reviews together! The customer service is absolutely amazing. I love that it is a live chat and you don't have to wait on submitting a form. I currently have the free plan but Fera has been so awesome I am seriously considering upgrading.
