This app has helped new customers make purchases on my website by reading reviews from previous clients. Fera has made sending reviews simple and easy and has taken a step off of my to-do list.

This app has defiantly been the easiest review app to use! Importing my reviews from other channels was so easy! I had always struggled with it till now! The customer service is absolutely exceptional! Thank you for such an amazing app!

I was one deleted this app since I did not finish the setting up.
I thought the automatic review request was annoying. The translation made the email like a scam email.
I was wrong at that time. I could not find any other app better than this so I reinstalled and finished the translation by myself.
I start using it again now and I find it charges fairly.

Simple and straightforward to use. Easy to send customers a link to invite them to leave a review after they have bough a product.

Love the easy to use dashboard. I wish the automatic emails could be more customizable...especially in the discount section. I'd like to be able to offer more conditional rewards with specific dollar amounts. For example "$5 dollars off purchase of $75 or more" instead of just "$5 dollars off". I can't beat the free marketing from word of mouth/reviews tho!
