so far the app is very simple to set up. just started using it. hoping it will make a difference in my sales turn around. so far enjoying the simplicity of starting up

I like the app. Simple design, has some great features and it is easy to navigate in the app. I like the plans that they offer. Great for starters.

I tried to figure out how to import reviews from other apps to Fera, but I didn't know how it works. I asked for help through their virtual chat, 5 mins later there was an assistant who jumped right in to help me and he basically did everything that I asked for. Amazing app, when I get more in revenue, I'll upgrade it! Thank you to the app and its assistants.

Looks good, I'm still trying out but the tool bar looks very organized. Lets see the results.

Update. Reached out to customer support, and they fixed the problem i had.
So i rate this 5 out of 5 due to great customer service

Just started using the app. However, I did a test and it all seemed very easy to use from a customer view point. Set up was easy.
