Amazing! Super intuitive, gives customers the ability to add pictures and video too which I like. Generates a discount code for each customer too which I really like - saves me the hassle! Great app, I love it.
It was the first app I came across with no 1 star rating, so for me that was enough to give it a shot! And it's been good! It does a ton of stuff, so it's like a 4 apps in one. It's not the simplest to get around, you need to spend some time with it to learn it's functions, but once you got it it's pretty straight forward. and their cusomer service is very efficient, they get back to you quick, got stuck with stuff at the beginning they set up what i wanted in no time. def recommend. my first review by the way, think they deserve it :) well done, thumbs up!

Amazing app. Very simple to use
I researched a lot of apps before landing on Fera. We've been using it for 2 months now and hasn't been disappointed -- interface is smooth and clean. Only feature I would request is the ability to ask a customer to re-edit a review that they submitted.
The best support I've experienced on any Shopify apps. Just waiting on a few app fixes to be rolled out (sync, etc.) but overall the support is by far the best out there.
