Annoying aspect of this app is being forced to leave a review
We could customise Fera nicely to our theme, there is also an option to send review requests from the app. However, it doesn't give us a proper option to handle unfair or fraud reviews. If you would like to decline a review, their template is all in English and it's not possible to translate it. The customer service team at the start was very helpful, lately, it's been more and more difficult to get an answer from them.

The app itself is worth 5 stars, but I would like to highlight how good Fera's support is. The support agent who helped me went above and beyond to make sure that Fera was integrated on my store how I wanted it, even providing expert advice outside of their product offering.
