This app and the support service are absolutely top notch! I was assisted multiple times by a customer service staff named Holden, and he was able to fix all my issues quickly and with minimal fuss. Highly recommend this app for small business owners.

So happy I found this app; not only does it allow product reviews but also Shop reviews as I wanted to import the reviews I already had in my ETSY shop. I am a total novice and found the installation easy, I did have a small issue putting the reviews onto its own page but the customer support was 100% and they helped me sort it out so quickly, so far very impressed with this app and customer service is top notch.
