Handige app voor het automatisch opvragen van reviews. Volledig zelf vorm te geven en aan te passen aan eigen huisstijl.

So far really good. I am only a couple of hours into my first journey of adding a review app to my site and I am quite pleased - it's been much cleaner than first app I tried. I choose Fera after seeking more info from an article (by Fera who also reviewed other apps) but I decided to go with them as the benefits of the integrated email automations were of great interest to me and the other reviews were favourable so I took the leap.
The setup guide was a breeze as was the emailing of old clients and recent orders and even have my first review live on our site.

Le plan free ne comporte qu'un seul widget néanmoins, mais compatible avec l'import trustpilot et pagefly.

Fera provides both store and product reviews, which is what I needed as many of my products are one-of-a-kind, bespoke pieces of art. Customer support was quick, responsive, and helpful when I needed help importing reviews from Etsy.
