This app helps me know what customers want. I like that they have the option of adding not only photos but video as well. I like that I have to approve the review before it is submitted to my website.

I was using the free Product Reviews app from Shopify for a few years and today I switched over. It was pretty easy to switch and automatically import all my reviews. I love the increased functionality and control I have. I have multiple products that are the same but listed separately for different colors and I love that I can group the apps so the reviews show on all pages for the same style! The customer service was great too. As with any new system, I had lots of questions at first and I was able to chat with Holden from the Fera team all day with my questions. It was like having an in-office setup assistant right there with me and he even did things on the back end that I couldn't figure out and sent me screen recordings of how to do things myself. Super helpful. For such a small monthly cost, this is a crazy amazing upgrade from the free app. Highly recommend.
