Very nice features, and very customizable app. I couldn't find as good as Fera for the skills and all needed for a shop.
The customer support is very reactive, easy and always resolve any problem in minutes ! I needed them several times and still did the job ;) Thanks guys

Tested a bunch of review apps and fell for this one. Although the spanish translations are pretty bad, it is really easy to customize them yourself (or for any other language that is). I also love the inclusion of customer journey.

besides the great widgets and easy to navigate/ install nature of this app, it helpfully provides real time data for your customers, showing the pages they are currently looking at, and their journey to your store. With the introduction of iOS14, this is an extremely helpful tool to understand where the sales are coming from - and also where customers may be dropping off.

The best review app on the store, it was very easy to set up and importing reviews from the other review app I had was instant, I needed a little help from the support and the fact I could chat with them and it was done within 10 minutes is unheard of. Fantastic app and service and I highly recommend it.

Has been easy to set up so far and looks reasonably good. Settings are a little too simplistic, and wtf is that "hooray" animation with sound? Fair pricing scheme.
