We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. We could not be more pleased and are happy we found Fera.

Very great app easy to use and customer service is fast and efficient i truly recommend. love it now my customers can leave reviews with pictures, which helps my conversion rate as well.

Great app. Very easy to use and looks good in my store. I also like that you can place the review tab wherever it fits best on your product page. Not many apps allow you to do that. The only thing I would suggest is adding a feature that would allow you to customise the colours in your review email. I had to reach out to customer support to have that updated. They responded very quickly but it would be nicer if you could simply do that yourself. (You can change it yourself but you need to edit the code and not everyone is very good with this.)

It feels funny to write a review for an app that lets other people write reviews but this one is great and deserves all the stars! 1. it gets the job done but more importantly 2. the people on the other end of the app are SUPER HELPFUL! They are very responsive and willing to help with what your needs are.
