I am using this app to add product reviews and testimonials to my website. So far, it's very user friendly and I like the ability to customize the aesthetic to match my website.

This app helped me a lot with importing older reviews and requesting new ones. One time a little problem occured on my website because of a bug inside shopify, and the fera.ai support team helped me directly from the chat!

Great product, working fine, easy to setup. Would be nice to be able to show Facebook likes and reviews
