great app! Helps with social proof. I also like the shopper and order journey feature. I highly recommend this app!
I found this app is really convenient and easy to use, but I hope it does not need to require customers' info to leave reviews.

You can setup this automated review request email from the "Automated Content Campaign" in your fera dashboard.
