Really nice UI and easy setup! Also, the free option still gives very good features unlike many other apps. Will continue using mainly for the photo reviews.

Customer service is outstanding - responsive to the exact need, video example using my site, and very to the point. I hope the app continues to design more options for showcasing testimonials that are clean and easy to read.

I downloaded my Etsy reviews into Shuttle, and from there was able to export and import them into Fera for Shopify. It just worked nicely. Then I could set up automatic reminders to help encourage new photo and video uploads with a discount code, the team helped me setup and I could test to make sure the discount code worked.

This app comes with all the aspects you'll need to integrate. It has a great selection of unique editable options.

I've tried both other review apps and this one was WAY easier. 100% recommend, installing the widgets was the super simple.
