It's great! It's simple to use compared to the other review apps, and customer service is awesome as well, quick response. Just needs integration with the Shop app and it'll be perfect.

Like the simplified design style that matches well with our store. And the price is indeed unbeatable. Good interface for email edit that realize what I need. Recommend to try in your store.

I love that I was able to integrate my reviews from my etsy store over to my shopify site. I also like that they let me upgrade for free for a year. Totally worth it.

I run a handmade e-comm business with a limited budget for shopify apps. Honestly, I usually try to find DIY workarounds when someone suggests getting an app, BUT FERA IS WORTH THE MONTHLY FEE. Functionality, customization, customer support- it's all been so good and I've had it for at least 2 years now. Most days I forget it's even there because it runs smoothly and isn't something I worry about spending money on.

So easy to set up myself (and I'm not familiar with doing this before!) and the support was unbelievably prompt when I had some questions. Loving the app so far!

Reason: 1, in the number of reviews more than 2K +, 4.9 points above the Reviews App, the free version of the version is rare to import reviews without a limit on the number of; 2, multi-platform unlimited import reviews; 3, widget settings are very flexible, in the product does not have reviews when the product reviews are displayed, you can also not show completely! reviews plug-ins, flexible settings evaluation sorting method; 4, the most important thing is that I encountered some setup problems to send an e-mail to ask Feral, a few minutes to give me the perfect answer, this point is very, very good! Fera Product Reviews has been working out great for us. Easy to customise with plenty of options available including fine tuning the placement of the widgets. From the amount of reviews that we have gotten from costumers, it seems like it's easy to use for them as well. Costumer support was crazy fast at replying and fixing an issue we had. Would definitely recommend!
