Good app and very easy to set for your store
Have not had too much time to experience full functionality, but so far it looks like it will be an absolutely amazing tool!

Excellent app.. I got everything setup and running in under 20 mins. 3 reviews from my past customers in 5 mins after I launched the app.
So far, this app is working really well for my store. I sent off my first lot of review requests via email and received a review back within 30 seconds.
I used Urgency, Social Proof & Timers app. This is very good application and very usefully. I advise you to use it too.
I'm using the app to collect reviews on my business. So far I'd definitely say the app is user-friendly and easy to set up.

Its a great app for beginners. Loved the UI. I like the fact that individual review requests can be sent to customers who need some personal attention rather than just a single automation going out to everyone!
