I would say being a new small business owner and completely unfamiliar with web development, marketing technologies, what sold me is the ease of importing reviews from my other commerce sites. User friendly interface.

This has been excellent for me. I imported in my reviews from etsy to begin with and now I manually add the reviews for the products that are on my shopify store.

I can link Amazon reviews to the store, and the UI is looks good.

I have been using this app for a few years now and have always been very happy with it. I recently had a couple of issues as I had updated my Shopify theme and the app wasn't working properly.
