A bit pricey but it's a very high quality service

Beautiful review app. I have had some glitches when installing widgits etc, but the team is quick to help you fix it!

It works great just wish it had more than 10 automatic emails for the free plan. The next tier is pretty expensive but I might be willing to pay for a paid plan if it cost a little less.

Makes it easy to import reviews from Etsy and Trustpilot although it is a shame it doesn't verify those from Trustpilot despite the apparent established connection. A bigger bummer for us is that I hoped it will be easy to import eBay reviews too but the only way one can do that is to use some Chrome extension to export to a CSV (pay that as well if you have many), adjust that to Fera's CSV template and import then into the app. These reviews will most likely be unverified too.
However, unlike the Opinew Product Reviews App UGC app, the backend is intuitive and the frontend widgets appear nicely designed and you don't get the unnecessary "powered by" clutter.

Great app so far, wish there is attribute rating and customer profile, so we can filter the reviews by customer attributes

EDIT - price tripled in price a year later. SKIP and get another app...was shut out of the app and forced to upgrade for 3x the cost if I wanted to continue using. It's a good app, but unfortunately don't like their business ethics.

Very userfriendly and good pricing. Unfortunately some standard modifications are not possible with some themes. However in this case the support team makes custom modifications on request, which works fine. Overall quite happy with the tool.

Troubles often with video uploads

This is a great app that is extremely easy to set up to use. It integrates very well with Shopify, and allows for a number of review setups and interactions with customers and lots of flexibility in terms of our reviews are requested and managed. I personally would love the ability to apply a little more typographic control in terms of how the reviews appear (e.g. being able to control the line height and letterspacing in the text), hence the four instead of five stars — but overall, it really is a solid app and I look forward to continuing to use it.

So far working well. I don't like the limitations on what I can do for free. Would like a bit more basic capabilities for a cost effective price.
