I am struglling to add the carousel widget

It works great just wish it had more than 10 automatic emails for the free plan. The next tier is pretty expensive but I might be willing to pay for a paid plan if it cost a little less.

Makes it easy to import reviews from Etsy and Trustpilot although it is a shame it doesn't verify those from Trustpilot despite the apparent established connection. A bigger bummer for us is that I hoped it will be easy to import eBay reviews too but the only way one can do that is to use some Chrome extension to export to a CSV (pay that as well if you have many), adjust that to Fera's CSV ...

Great app to optimize conversions, upsell and build trust. The app is also very easy to use and gain insights of customer journeys.

App works great and helps to up the conversion rate! It's pretty straightforward to use. I did have to tinker a bit to get the CSS to work with my website but nothing too difficult
