Great support, always been super helpful when I need them. Love the application, has all the features I need, great layout, interface etc. Makes gathering reviews for my website super easy. 5 stars!

I tried several review apps before and wasn't happy with them. Fera is the first I used that I'm super happy with. Very easy-to-use both on customer side and on seller side. Had all the features I needed (currently using the free version which allows only one widget: I chose the reviews widget). Great UI/UX, easily implemented within the site style - so it looks as a part of it - aesthetically, which was very important to me as a fine jewelry designer. I've added the reviews within the product page - and they fit in so nicely - check it out on: noasharon.com Very good customer support when needed, and a superb experiment for me as an online creator & merchant. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: I'm an independent artisan, running my e-comm business solo with a limited budget for Shopify apps. I usually try to find DIY workarounds when someone suggests getting an app, BUT FERA IS WORTH THE MONTHLY FEE. Functionality, customization, exceptional customer support— it's been great and I've had it for about 4 years now. Most days I forget it's even there because it runs smoothly and isn't something I worry about.

I've been using Fera for quite a while now and it's great!! Very customisable widgets and options for store reviews for service based websites as well as e-commerce stores. Outstanding customer support from Roel too means it's a 10 out of 10 from me :)

Approving reviews before they post, replying, and auto AI are used by us across our 3 shopify stores, depending on which store it is. Nice features, great app, great price.

This is a great app! We've been using it for over a year, and our little pottery studio has racked up almost 1500 reviews. We worked with Fera's support team to reposition where the reviews show up on our site so that they can more easily be seen by customers browsing for our pots. We have a very loyal and appreciative customer base, but I think all the positive reviews really help us get more first time orders.

Wow! Where has Fera been all my life!? Before finding this app my reviews were very hard to find. My customers had to go to my shop page, scroll down to descriptions, see the small "reviews" text and click it to see others reviews and then click a second "review" text to leave a review. We have incredible reviews from our customers and I wanted them displayed front and center on the Home Page, by simply clicking on the average rating badge (stars) as well as on the product page. But the app I was using couldn't do this. I was about to design a new page to manually write out and display all of our reviews, which would not keep up with new reviews unless I manually added them. Fera to the rescue. They hit all the boxes and instantly imported all of the reviews I already have. I can even add my customer's photos to the reviews, which was not an available option to them before. If you have any questions at all, reaching out to their customer support makes all the difference. They put in the time to get the job done. This is very admirable. Something that would have taken me a week was done in minutes. I highly recommend using Fera.
