App is very user friendly and offers great customer service so far! I have only been using this service for a short period of time, but so far so good!
I enjoy following the customer journey and path. I still have yet to import google reviews into our site. I hope it gets easier!

From out the gate just using it's dashboard, I can tell this app would be very efficient for what I need.
