extremely easy uploader tool that doest require a ton of extra formatting. much much easier than shopify's built in reviews app. I have been trying to months to get our etsy reviews on our shopify site and it was always too complicated or involved too much formatting. but fera.ai made it extremely fast and simply.

Design is simple and easy to use which managing review, will want to see when I sending review request.

Their support is probably one of the most effective, efficient, and communicative I've seen on apps. I'm using the free trial and their team is going above and beyond in helping me get started. I had trouble navigating the app and actually using it. However, the support team guided me with videos and photo walkthroughs. I had trouble customizing some options further, and they actually wrote code for me (some apps out there actually charge you for this service). What's more, their free trial goes for 30 days--which is better than 99% of Shopify apps out there. Probably one of the best, if not the best, social proof app out there. Guys keep doing what you're doing, raise the bar, and if you're skeptical--then download the app, you'll thank me later.

So far so good. Just recently approved my first product & store review. Only time will tell if this app can maintain the 5-star rating I've given it thus far.

I use this app at my shopify store to show all product reviews in textual or images or video form. One of the great way to show reviews.
