We are very happy with Fera. It makes it easy to gain reviews and easy to manage them.
The interface is also very intuitive so staff don't need extensive training to be able to use it.

The customer service is very fast, I have been replied within a few seconds.
The app is very easy to use and I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve urgency, trust, sales, etc. in their stores
