Easy to work with

I signed up in 2023, and had a great experience, until now.

I was offered a free trial on Oct 29, 2023. I downgraded back to the free plan Oct 29, 2024, but was charged $99 for the premium version. I contacted chat support to have this fixed. They let me know that Shopify has to fix it. I contact Shopify, who lets me know that that is incorrect and that Fera needs to apply credits for the charge ...

Just installed the app. Amazing customer service. App is really easy to use

Set up was really easy. I was hesitant at first, but it worked very well. What I appreciated most was that it allowed me to send a one-time review request to historical customers (those that had previously placed orders).
