I just dowloaded the app. great so far. no snippet just automatically uploaded. and straight to work. love it

This app is perfect and so easy to navigate and customise. Roel is also really helpful if you need assistance!

I like the functionality of the app, but I had an initial issue where my the offers on my one-time review requests were being replaced by a different offer. I noticed this after I press save. So I recommend checking more than once before those are sent out. I also found the set up of the review widgets a bit confusing, but support was able to help me sort both of these issue out and it looks really nice on the website.

Hi, This is my first time using this app and Holden helped me out at 10pm on Sunday. I did not think I would get any help since it clearly said that they would not be available until normal business hours tomorrow. This is top-quality customer service I received from Holden today and highly recommend this app to all small businesses decided what affordable review-based app that lets customers add photos and videos. I myself am using an app like this for the first time and am happy with the result so far. Now since this is my very first day using the app I will be sure to post a updated 1 month review on the consistence of quality. Based on tonight's clear evidence of great customer support/ live chat, I am sure it will still be AMAZING like Holden. Until later friends.

I have only just started using Fera, but so far it has been super easy to use and I just received my first review!

so far so good. pricing wise it seems quite competitive. the widgets are simple and modern compared to other apps i've used before. in a way, its not just product reviews they do, also some widgets and things related to social proof. great for new stores
