I love this app. I have used it to elicit reviews from customers very easily. I used to send Klayvio emails but they didnt respond to them. Fera makes it easy to write reviews directly from the email. Additonally the customer support is AMAZING, they answer immediately. Very easy to use and integrate. Holden is particularly helpful. This is by far the best reviews app on Shopify, I have tried almost all the apps available and none of them compare

I am really loving this App. Love checking customer journeys, they show me what a customer has been looking at and what is popular. I can also see that customers are checking the reviews on our website. I am sure this is contributing to sales.

We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs.
