excelente aplicaión, facil de usar y de aplicar en las tiendas de shopify. Es un gran elemento para cualquier tienda virtual. te ayuda en muchas cosas, automzatizarlas y demás.

The customer service at Fera via the chat feature is consistently prompt, pleasant, and super helpful. I also like that they have a few of the same customer service agents who regularly respond to messages. I've been impressed with the knowledge and resourcefulness.

This is a great, the simplicity is what got me hooked to using their service. I use it mainly for the reviews but they have so many option. Really worth checking them out

you have to get this app! It offers points!!! Love this system to encourage people to write reviews with photos. The staff is also helpful.

Loving this app so far and I've only just installed it. It is giving me real time information that I haven't seen before. Seeing customers journeys on my site has been great.
