Fera Product Reviews App

I didn't see the widget I am looking for after installing the app. It's really frustrating. I wanted a widget that will show how many customers have an item in their cart. I don't know if I should leave the app or uninstall it but this is a great app for reviews.

I like the app, however, I don't like the mock reviews that are initially placed on the page, it makes my viewers think im using fake reviews.

So far working well. I don't like the limitations on what I can do for free. Would like a bit more basic capabilities for a cost effective price.

I wanted my site to feel legit. And that my customers can gain trust by seeing other customers that are real buying the same item that they like.

I like how the app is fairly easy to use. One of the functions I like is the customer's journey. It details what they did in your store so you can get a gauge of if the customer is willing to buy or not. Useful if you have a lot of products and want to see which ones have the potential to sell and which ones should be taken out of stock. Pricey app though. I'm only on the free plan, which is ...

Very quite to respond and fixed my issue straight away. 4* as I was not able to do it myself on the app.
