We were looking for a reasonably priced reviews app that looked good on the front end and had a simple backend interface. Fera has it all, great looking widgets, easy to install, super simple backend that just get's the job done.
Support is exceptional, Holden is the master at his domain, helps customize and setup the app flawlessly especially after hours (isn't that when we shop owners do our best work).
Being from Canada is a bonus, but that's the not the real reason, it's the group of people behind this app that makes all the difference.
Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Only wish they introduce SMS review request soon, it's in the works I have heard.

Really good app, but amazon variances cant be split up in shopify. Other than that its a really good app with nice options

So far this app has performed amazingly! The only thing I wish it would sync reviews from the Shop app as they can't be turned off, but it surprisingly worked with our old theme, and was very easy to install and get up and running. Easy to follow directions, synced them to Google Shopping, reviews are flowing in from customers, 5/5.
