I really like Fera and have been using it for years. My biggest positive is the "Reply using AI" feature that was introduced recently. I always struggled replying to customer reviews whether positive or negative. And just always wound up sounding like a robot. Trying to think of creative ways to say "thank you" was really hard! Now I click a button and Fera writes a reply for me that sounds way better than anything I could write. it takes seconds. The options are endless too with integration with other apps. I can easily import my Etsy reviews which is really great. Thank you Fera - you've helped me build a successful business!

I would say being a new small business owner and completely unfamiliar with web development, marketing technologies, what sold me is the ease of importing reviews from my other commerce sites. User friendly interface.

i would recommend this app it is amazing .... although I am paying quite a bit so to have reviews go on automatically if I don't allow them is annoying, as I have had an uptight review from a customer who expected something free as I do buy one get one free on some items, the item was not and she tried to leave a one star even though she liked what I had made , so that isn't fair as the job done and what I had made her was beautiful. But thank you I do love this app my darlings and the fee is worth it x

The team at Fera are very responsive and really go the extra mile, creating code and adding it to your site if required. Holden helped me create an "anchor / button link" in Shopify so that I could direct customers to the Fera reviews section when I wanted to. It was a bit of a process, but he was very polite, helpful and patient!

Fera Support helped me out big time! My reviews had disappeared with I updated my theme. They got them back up in minutes.

So far, so good! But this is a 4.5 rating, rounded up to 5. The app is easy to use, reasonably priced and staff are very helpful and responsive. Importing my reviews from Etsy into my new Shopify store was easy. However, I wish it would assign the reviews to their respective items. It takes quite a bit of time to do this manually, since I had hundreds of reviews. You also have to download review photos and tag them to the correct review and product. I have yet to fully use the widgets, but look forward to it. Having my reviews from my established shop helps ease the anxiety potential customers have about supporting a new store. For that I am most grateful.

I have been using this app for a few years now and have always been very happy with it. I recently had a couple of issues as I had updated my Shopify theme and the app wasn't working properly. I reached out to customer service and Holden was amazing, he fixed every issue in a matter of minutes and went over and above what I had asked, offering suggestions for further improvements and then implementing them. 5* service, thank you.

Fera Product Reviews has been working out great for us. Easy to customise with plenty of options available including fine tuning the placement of the widgets. From the amount of reviews that we have gotten from costumers, it seems like it's easy to use for them as well. Costumer support was crazy fast at replying and fixing an issue we had. Would definitely recommend!

The review layout is well thought, and customers are automatically emailed a couple of weeks after purchasing a product. The support is so quick. I had a couple of changes I wanted to make and they got back to me in minutes.
