Great free app, very easy to use.
Seems to work really well, can't believe how quick you can get started and integrate this. I'm a newbie and this wasn't hard. It clean and tidy so easy to navigate and has comments inside so I understand it.
I have tried a few review apps. This is the best one I found for free. Like the customization options and simplicity of use.

This app is great and I've installed on two of my stores! Love that you can customize the design and have star ratings for products as well as the store. Customer support is great and fast. Highly recommended!

Good experience, it can submit the review with photo and video, and it can also automatically send request email to customers, it can be customized.Before I use another app, it cannot submit photo and video. All in all, Fera is great!
