So far so good! Easy to integrate and customize. I've waited too long to add a review app and I'm glad I chose this one.
Love this app. Does what it says. Support is awesome! We had some issue with a pop up interfering with the checkout button and that was a big bummer. However, the support staff was very prompt in fixing the CSS and issue was resolved.
Love that it shows social proof and reviews can be easily imported from other apps. I like how the review notifications are sent and gather important feedback for products.
I used the app to ensure that i could get good social proofing but also reviews. I think it is really good and the design and user experience is great as well. I always tell my clients to use Fera. I cannot wait to see mroe features.

So far this app has been amazing. Love the way it looks on my sites theme. It was INCREDIBLY easy to get setup and use. I contacted support one time and they were awesome helping me out. Out of the few handfuls of review apps I installed and tried out, this will always be the one I recommend. Well worth the money each month.
