A great app for us to have! It was easy to understand and easy to use, we are in the process of getting our first sale and thought of an app just like this to add.
This is an amazing app!! We would HIGHLY recommend this app to other merchants. This is way better then all the other apps out there. The customer service is so wonderful. During the set up process I had several questions and concerns. The customer service at Fera was incredible and answered everything I needed to know so quickly in only a couple minutes. The best customer service I have ever worked with!! Very smart and nice team at Fera, we will be customers for life and continue to support such a wonderful app and team.

Easy to sync with Google my Business and Facebook Page reviews, easy to configure. Seems to offer all the functionality we need.

Very nice app . It is very simple and adaptable to my ecommerce , I highly recommend it . So far it s been a great find . I really like the fact that can be send out email in automation to get new reviews from cleints , without the need of asking , actually there is the possibility to give discount as incentive automaticcally .
Not had the app long enough to see an increase of sales, but the set up and installation is straight forward and simple. Lots of features!
