Fera Product Reviews App

Wow! Where has Fera been all my life!? Before finding this app my reviews were very hard to find. My customers had to go to my shop page, scroll down to descriptions, see the small "reviews" text and click it to see others reviews and then click a second "review" text to leave a review. We have incredible reviews from our customers and I wanted them displayed front and center on the Home Page, by simply clicking on the average rating badge (stars) as well as on the product page. But the app I was using couldn't do this. I was about to design a new page to manually write out and display all of our reviews, which would not keep up with new reviews unless I manually added them. Fera to the rescue. They hit all the boxes and instantly imported all of the reviews I already have. I can even add my customer's photos to the reviews, which was not an available option to them before. If you have any questions at all, reaching out to their customer support made all the difference. Something that would have taken me a week was done in minutes. I highly recommend using Fera.

Team is amazing and continue to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do.

Yes, there are some other review apps that might have more integrations (even though Fera.ai has enough of the main ones) but I am sure overtime as they grow they will even more.

Did try another big player in the industry before this and it was just limiting. Once you chose the layout of your reviews you are stuck with it, while with Fera.ai you can change it in the them editor.

So far really good. I am only a couple of hours into my first journey of adding a review app to my site and I am quite pleased - it's been much cleaner than first app I tried. I choose Fera after seeking more info from an article (by Fera who also reviewed other apps) but I decided to go with them as the benefits of the integrated email automations were of great interest to me and the other reviews were favourable so I took the leap.
The setup guide was a breeze as was the emailing of old clients and recent orders and even have my first review live on our site.

Installed today, had an issue the reviews were not showing due to my store theme, but i contacted the Fera team through messaging and within a few mins was working perfectly. They also did some extra custom edits to make things flow better, FIVE STARS ALL DAY!!!!!!!! Thanks guys :)
