If you want a reliable and stable review platform, stay away from this app. Our reviews have been down for 3 days due to slowness issues on their server, which is likely causing the widgets not to display. We keep receiving the same response every time we contact them, and they still don’t know how to fix their own server in this AI era. What a shame. We are considering switching.

We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. During the period you mentioned, there was a Cloudflare outage that affected multiple services, which temporarily impacted the delivery of some reviews. In addition, we were completing a server migration to improve performance and reliability, which caused brief delays in displaying reviews.
