Absolutely LOVE JarFile!

As a digital seller, I’ve tried a lot of Shopify apps for downloads—and JarFile blows them all out of the water! It’s incredibly easy to use, and the customization options are exactly what I needed. I was up and running in minutes, and everything looks clean, professional, and matches my brand.

What really sets it apart is the ability to sync with my customers’ Ravelry library—game changer! My audience loves that feature, and it’s made the delivery process seamless and familiar for them. I also really appreciate the ability to add extra links to the download page, whether it's a video tutorial or bonus content. It’s those little touches that make all the difference.

If you sell digital downloads on Shopify, JarFile is a MUST-HAVE. Simple, powerful, and designed with creators in mind. Five stars all the way!

I was offered the opportunity to switch over to FileJar, and while I've only just gotten started, I am very pleased with it so far. It is easy to use, and I like that the controls are within my Shopify interface rather than on a separate website. I can customize the emails, download page, and thank you page, and also set the emails to come from my own domain (once I update the DNS stuff).

The developers have been extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions I have. They've also actively solicited ideas for features I would like to see, and are not hesitating to work on implementing them. I only have enough technical knowledge to get myself in trouble, so I have been very pleased with the developers and their help.

As a knit and crochet pattern seller (or for any kind of digital file!) on Shopify, I cannot stress how much you need this app! Truly customizable with PDF stamping (to avoid illegal pattern sharing), set number of downloads (if needed), personalized watermarks, the ability to update a pattern and send a new copy with a customized message with the changes and SO many more features! I especially love the feature where a customer can just click a button to add the pattern to their Ravelry library!

The developer of this app is truly amazing. Instant responses and usually with a customized video with a desktop view of the app and all the options, including how to set it up. The app is very intuitive to use and they are really open to feedback. Don't hesitate to try this app. I promise you'll love it!
