Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

The set-up of Filemonk is extremely easy to use and easy to understand. Kartik has always been available immediately when I contacted support. I currently have no issues with this app and recommend it to everyone.

This is a time saver app. I am currently using the free version. I upload my custom digital file in pdf format and send it to my customer through the email they submit when they order. It is quick, easy, and saves me a lot of time. I highly recommend this app. Thanks. Mark

Just started adding digital downloads to my website and needed something that was not only efficient, but simple to use. This met those standards. I love the customization that makes it match my brand. To boot, I'm impatient and reached out to customer service to make sure it was sending emails. Sure enough, he responded and the email had already sent. He's only one person, but the customer service was quick and instant. Being someone who also runs a solo operation, I was super appreciative and felt seen. Overall - great product, great support and really looking forward to how this helps me build my site.

After testing multiple apps for digital file delivery, Filemonk has proven to be the best option for our needs. It makes management of our digital products and fulfillment very easy. Also, support is very quick to respond and makes sure that any questions we have are answered in detail, where other apps may just send you a link to a knowledgebase article. Highly recommend!
