Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product.
I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow.
For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD!

Great product! Works exactly as expected. Easy to set up and looks good. Also, Kartik has been very quick to reply to questions.

I had an issue uploading a large file (7gb) so I contacted the Filemonk support team and they we're extremely helpful and even uploaded the file for me. There aren't many free apps that support that file size so I'm glad I found this one!

The App is easy to install and I like that we can customize the pages with our colors and logo. I needed to contact support and got an answer right away.

I have been very pleased with the performance of this app. Buyers are able to see the download link from the thank you page, via email and gain access to their products right away.

So helpful getting set up - Kartik goes that extra mile. He's always there when I have a question. My download page looks inviting and professional. My digital downloads are not large files, and starting out with my website, free is important!
