Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I'm so impressed with the customer support for this app!
I had some difficulty with linking bulk files to products and their different variants and the developer of the app jumped on a live chat (very late in evening his time) to help me step by step with the process to make the linking to different variants and files so much easier and quicker. In moving forward this has saved me so much time and makes the whole set up more streamlined.
I'd highly recommend this digital download app for the ease of use and most of all for the quality of support!

Simple, straightforward, and reliable! I switched from another app and I vastly prefer Filemonk's interface and templating, plus the developer was super fast and helpful to respond and add a new feature when I needed to recreate existing digital products in the app without emailing all the old customers who had purchases that product previously.

App and features are very well done, Kartik helped me out a lot answering my questions. Will probably be our solution for online video stream rental.

I used this app to add some seamless digital files to my website. I like how simple it is to use and add multiple files to each listing. You have the option to add different files to each variant so it cuts down on time for making multiple listings. I haven't had any issues; if your looking for a simple way to add digital uploads to your website then this app is perfect for you.

This app is great, much better than the others I've used before. It's easy to attach digital downloads to products, and took me about 15 minutes to set up properly. Amazing app and customer support service! I tried a bunch of other apps before sticking to Filemonk, all of them did not provide the features and plans I need for my website. Filemonk makes it really easy for me to upload files and for my customers to download them directly from their accounts. I love the customization it provides and the unlimited storage amount. Best digital download app out there!
