I was having some trouble uploading my digital product to my shopify that youtube couldnt even properly instruct me on how to from scratch. I reached out to shopify and they connected me to filemonk support and Anaam was such an amazing help! In just one email that she responded to I had my issue resolved. She was able to provide me with the proper help with no hesitation, definitely keeping filemonk around because of her outstanding effort.

We have tried several apps to make our shopify experience easier and Filemonk by far
was the best option for us. It did everything we need to do and more. Best of all, the support response was quick and helped us everytime we had a question. We were up and running in no time at all and had all our work automated!

Support is quick and their followup is great. Still learning features, so far so good!!

Asked for a bulk delete feature and they installed one right away. Very good service. These guys rule. Use them for your digital downloads, you won't regret it. The app works perfectly and is better and cheaper than the others I have tried here. And I tried them all!

We are just moving our digital content shop from another platform to Shopify. Since we are a digital-only shop this wouldn't have been possible without Kartiks Filemonk. His support so far has been fast, straight and always practical helping out without hesitation wherever we found limits. The little issues and needs that we have with the App like exporting, sorting and filtering files and products or multi-language will very probably be solved in future updates. Looking forward to see the shop start. Up to now tests have been working out very fine.
