great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.

As a 1 man team, I need to make sure that the apps make some revenue so I can re-invest it back into support, building new features and helping you get more done. But there is no rush and I'm happy to support you until you're ready to pay.

I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.
I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)
A great plugin with great customer service!
It's amazing that I can use these services for free. I'm willing to pay a subscription fee. And it would be nice if there was a function for customers to receive receipts.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.

Filemonk is reliable unlike Shopify's Digital Downloads app. I havent had any problems so far and has great features

Just installed the app last night. I was looking for a seamless digital download experience for clients and this could not be more perfect. No issues at all and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very very happy so far.

I love what this app does, but I recommend adding a feature so we know when they receive the download in their email.
