It was free when I got it a few months ago and now it's 3gb free bandwith per month. That's like nothing. Digital Downloads by Shopify gives more and is free. This got paid, we lost functions, so this app goes bye bye
Hey there! Thanks for writing a review, and sorry for the trouble. We do our best to support merchants with a high quality app that's feature rich and incredibly cost effective. While we ran the app free for some time, we had to introduce paid plans eventually to continue building the app. Since your review, we've added more plans and options - now you can sell up to 30 orders per month for free and upgrade only when you're ready. Not only that, we run seasonal promotions that can get you the app for up to 60% off for 3 months.
We'd love to see you on the app again if you'd consider giving us another chance. I'm sure that you'll come to love the app after seeing how far we've come in feature set and pricing. :)

I'm a 1 person team, and I try my best to be available for all customers 24*7. Unfortunately, I was not able to do that in the last 24 hours because I was in between multiple flights & airports tending to a personal family emergency. I could not find a stable internet connection to reply in time.
I see 4 missed chats from your store sent in 14 hours between 15 Nov 04:36am and 09:41pm. I do my best to reply within 24 hours and I would have replied latest wthin 48 hours (as you may have seen my email by now). Again, my sincerest apologies for being unable to reply so quickly. My family comes first and I had to take care of them.

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.
great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.

I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.
I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)

It's amazing that I can use these services for free. I'm willing to pay a subscription fee. And it would be nice if there was a function for customers to receive receipts.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.
