There is no perfect software, but you find the best on the market by the customer support and by the effort spent to evolve the application based on the customer needs and experience. Filemonk is the most complete application for download stores on Shopify, and has the best customer support I ever found on any other app.

I'm only in the early stages of a Shopify shop but Filemonk appears easy to use to present my digital downloads
