I struggled getting our digital downloads up and running until I found Filemonk. We've had it for several months and after figuring out the initial steps to load digital content, its worked great. After several months, I had a question, and Sandesh got back to me super quickly with a helpful answer, very good customer service. I really like how the Download now feature appears in the customer thank you email - its very helpful for the customer. Definitely would recommend this app.

I've been with Filemonk for two years. My business is a busy one and they're always on top of it. Whenever I have any issues their costumer service is always extremely helpful. I highly recommend using this App.

I tried several apps for digital downloads and Filemonk is the most trusted so far.
Even for free version they have plenty of additional options to customize the process. My favorite opinion is that I can add "download" section to the client purchase history page. As a person who purchases digital download myself I can tell this is very convenient for client.

After testing multiple apps for digital file delivery, Filemonk has proven to be the best option for our needs. It makes management of our digital products and fulfillment very easy. Also, support is very quick to respond and makes sure that any questions we have are answered in detail, where other apps may just send you a link to a knowledgebase article. Highly recommend!

Great app, very easy and intuitive to use. I like how much you can customize it, you can set it so files are delivered from your own email, change the email text, logo, and message, as well as revoke access to the files if the purchaser requests a refund. Best of all support is very quick to respond and go out of your way to make sure the features work.

I have just launched my first digital product using Filemonk. I am using the free version at the moment because I wanted to trial it but I am super impressed already. It is very easy to use and very initiative. The free version is limited in the number of downloads per month but it does include enough of the other features that I have been able to get a great understanding of what I can do. I will be upgrading to the paid version soon.

Everything works great! Easy to use. I had a problem with the integrating of My Downloads Button on the Account page, and the support was quick and professional. Now, customers can download files from their orders page. I'm happy. Thank you!

Great app. I've been using it for 4 months so far to have my digital products delivered and have had no one issue. Pricing is also great
