This has worked well for us. Their support was very helpful with some of the more advantaged features like the DKIM setup for custom emails.

Nagaraj was extremely diligent in helping me resolve a string of technical issues with my Shopify store using the Filemonk app. He carefully reviewed the problem, worked with me step by step to fix it, and his knowledge was clear throughout. The customer service was top tier, and I would absolutely recommend Filemonk knowing their support team is this dedicated.

So far this app has been easy to use and works well.

Once I attach the file to the product advertised for sale, I do not have to do anything else. When a customer purchases the product the file is sent to them instantly.

I tested it out by buying one of my products using a different email address and I received the file. So far I have not received any complaints from my customers so I feel assured that they have received the digital products that they purchased as well.

I will definitely recommend that everyone selling downloadable products give this app a try. There are different levels of plans you can get and the prices are reasonable.

App works flawlessly for what we need it for (simple digital downloads), and have not experienced any issues. Would recommend.

I've been using FileMonk for a while now and it's been great. But honestly, the support team is what made me want to leave a review. I had an issue that was driving me crazy, and they actually took the time to help me figure it out. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting it sorted, not just sending me some copy-paste response. They stuck with me until everything was working again.

Nagaraj was so wonderful. He found what the issues was straight away and fixed it for me. I am very very impressed by the customer service and this experience will make me continue to choose Filemonk I am so happy!

Excellent app!

Solves a lot of pain points in software delivery. At first, it didn’t cover some of our use cases, but the team has been amazing. Big shoutout to Kartik and Sandesh - they listened to our problems and quickly built features just for us. Thanks to them, we could move faster without losing confidence in the product.
