Very happy so far. They doubled my storage space on the free plan as I am just starting out with digital products and don't want to commit to a subscription yet. Customer service experience was top notch! Would recommend :)

I recommend the Digital Downloads - Filemonk app because I can easily upload files to the digital products I am selling in my Shopify Store. Also, I used the test feature by pretending I was ordering one of my products, and the file downloaded to my computer without any issues.

After testing multiple apps for digital file delivery, Filemonk has proven to be the best option for our needs. It makes management of our digital products and fulfillment very easy. Also, support is very quick to respond and makes sure that any questions we have are answered in detail, where other apps may just send you a link to a knowledgebase article. Highly recommend!

We have only just started using this; the rates are good and the customization of the email that is sent out is limited but it still allows more customization that all of the other apps.

Great app, very easy and intuitive to use. I like how much you can customize it, you can set it so files are delivered from your own email, change the email text, logo, and message, as well as revoke access to the files if the purchaser requests a refund. Best of all support is very quick to respond and go out of your way to make sure the features work.
