I love this app! It works great. Plus, customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this if you have any digital products you are selling. The free version is even wonderful, but I love the added storage & other perks you get when you get at least the next step up. Either way, this company/app are some of my favorite to work with so far, and I've worked with a lot of apps for my store!

The only missing feature I would love to see added would be multilingual support.

Highly recommend this. Karitk is very responsive and really cares about his clients and their experience. The platform is extremely easy to use, and forgiving if you make a mistake. If you need some quick and easy to set up, I recommend this one.
This is a great app that has met all of my needs for digital downloads! My entire shop are digital downloads, so it's really important that this is seamless for me (I tried the free version from Shopify and it just did not cut it). The best part about this app is Kartik: he is so responsive and so willing to make adjustments to the product to meet specific needs. Thank you, Kartik!
This has been by far one of the better Apps for my shopify store. most everything about it is easy to navigate the customers receive the product instantly and I don't have to worry about constant babysitting of the App.

Compared to other apps, FileMonk offers a little more storage to start—that's why I switched. Plus, the UI is pretty and clean. Took a little bit of jerry-rigging to get it tailored to my specifications, but it wasn't hair-pulling, and a quick Google search helped troubleshoot any issues.
I'll be happy to stay committed to FileMonk for as long as it works.
