At first, I wasn’t quite sure how to use it, but when I asked via chat, they were quick to give me helpful instructions.
Once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy. I think it’s easy to use even for small businesses.

I really like this app, it's fairly priced, works reliably, when I've reached out to support they've been helpful.

The downside for me is I really want to see an API built so I can automate the upload of my items, the CSV method just doesn't doesn't cut it. I've asked a few times but the response has been lukewarm.

Ultimately because of this I think I will end up having to develop something in house that meets my needs as I spend more time uploading files than I do on any other aspect of onboarding a new item.
