Nagaraj was extremely diligent in helping me resolve a string of technical issues with my Shopify store using the Filemonk app. He carefully reviewed the problem, worked with me step by step to fix it, and his knowledge was clear throughout. The customer service was top tier, and I would absolutely recommend Filemonk knowing their support team is this dedicated.

So far this app has been easy to use and works well.

Once I attach the file to the product advertised for sale, I do not have to do anything else. When a customer purchases the product the file is sent to them instantly.

I tested it out by buying one of my products using a different email address and I received the file. So far I have not received any complaints from my customers so I feel assured that they have received the digital products that they purchased as well.

I will definitely recommend that everyone selling downloadable products give this app a try. There are different levels of plans you can get and the prices are reasonable.
