Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I'm just starting out with digital downloads from my store and I have to say, Filemonk is easy to set up and delivers a great product to my customers. It's no hassle, easy to use, and good looking from the customer side. Their free subscription is great for getting started and I imagine I will be upgrading soon because I'll be getting a lot more traffic with this app.

Super happy I found this app, it's been a great way to easily add digital products. Easy to use and set up as a beginner. A lot is customizable, even with the basic plan.

We knew Filemonk would be the right solution for us in handling our digital software sales after we saw the features it provided with auto-generated license keys and product building capabilities.

After we used the app for several weeks we had some very unique issues to which Filemonk very quickly responded to and even assisted us with enhancing our store and customers' experience.

It is a quite a useful app for us to sell license keys of a software to customers. Although they don't offer live chat customer service, their email response is quite fast.

So far so good, it works perfectly and easy to use.
when I needed to reach out for customer support I talked to Vishu who was able to answer all my questions in a very polite way and helped me resolve my problem within minutes. I would definitely recommend it to others who needs a software for their digital products.
