The app will help me in the future to receive files from customers who want to add a personal greeting card to the flowers. The support was super nice and quickly accessible.

Uploader Button!!! I like this App BUT. I cant use it. Everything seems to work except on a mobile phone. On the phone I tried multiple times to tap it but nothing happened. Then I accidentally double tapped it and it engaged. Sadly mobile phone users will not know or understand this. I checked the settings to see if any changes can be made but I haven't seen anything to this. I am bummed, I really thought this was a game changer. Everything else on this app is perfect!

Thank you for your review of Upload Field -File Upload. We were able to track down the issue in the theme you are using and have fixed it on your store. Please check it and let us know if the upload button is now selectable after one click.
So far we haven't had this bug on any other theme, but we are very thankful that you were able to point it out to us.

I was having an issue with the app showing up on my website, the developers reached out and with trail and error they finally found a solution. Now the app works perfectly!! Definitely recommend, the customer service alone is 5 stars!!
I can't believe how nice this app works. I had trouble setting it up (it was me) and their support was wonderful. I highly recommend this app.
It's a great app. Out of all the image upload apps I downloaded, this was the only one that allowed you to adjust the shape of the button. It was so easy to use & a great price. I also love that it includes ALL files. Not just jpgs. I highly recommend it.

I wanted to add custom shirts to my store smilingwombat. I saw Uploadly in the app store and it fit my needs exactly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't install it myself.
I made a support request and it was answered almost immediately. I had the app installed the next day. GREAT!
These guys are the best.
I used this app but have a problem with counting the price for uploaded pictures. If customer upload more pictures - (bulk upload) app add only 1x price for product even if customer upload 10 pictures at once. I contacted the support but I did not get the help with that problem. App is nice and working good but need to be upgrated : pcitures x price. Hope it will be better.

I am sorry that we do not provide this feature. Our app is not made for this use case of price add-ons. We will look if we can introduce something in next update next year. As development will take time.

I did a test order where I uploaded and imaged, I searched for the image in the order section but, I can't seem to find where the file is stored.

Please contact us for further help. Maybe some settings are wrong or your theme is not overtaking the files into the checkout. Also please note that the app will work just with the Shopify Checkout.
